3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on 77ph1. 3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. 77ph1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
3.3 KYC Verification. 77ph1 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include but are not limited to: Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, and driver's license.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify 77ph1 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. 77ph1 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your 77ph1 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 77ph1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on 77ph1 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion fees are charged by 77ph1 for PHP transactions.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance review. 77ph1 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes published on the platform, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
4.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
4.6 Right to Withhold. 77ph1 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance review. Players will be notified of any such hold.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 77ph1 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 77ph1 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. 77ph1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts in good faith.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 77ph1 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
77ph1 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to be in violation of this section, forfeit all balances, and report the conduct to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
7.1 All content on the 77ph1 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of 77ph1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content.
7.3 Any unauthorized use of 77ph1's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77ph1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
8.2 77ph1 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that results in an incorrect display of game outcomes or balances, 77ph1 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and restore player balances to their pre-error state. 77ph1 shall not be liable for any losses arising from such technical errors.
8.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 77ph1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10.2 Upon termination for cause, 77ph1 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of any required compliance review.
10.3 Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting 77ph1 customer support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course.
11.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Any dispute arising between you and 77ph1 shall first be submitted to 77ph1's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
11.3 To the extent that PAGCOR has jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the operation of the platform, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures shall apply.
12.1 77ph1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 77ph1 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
12.2 The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 77ph1 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
